Flying and Chained

Those candid denials you had were sweet and innocent.

Those smiles were pretending as if it’s not hurting.

The way you say those soft, silencing words were not hiding.

It was deafening of you.

At that moment I realize that your reflection sorrows for you.

You never accepted it and you chose to be brave.

Despite the weariness and tears frozen in your eyes, you still chose to be subtle.

It’s something you should not prevent to go.

I cried as you flew with chains embracing your wings.

I felt the heaviness as if it was the lightest for you.

I saw the blood fallen from your hands and you treated it as a sweat you perspire.

You still are flying the chains become tighter.

Go down!

Look at the life below not the death above.

We’ll unlock and heal you.

Then fly and sing your sweetest lullabies again.
